What is not included in the rental?
- No dishes, no bedding,
- no 2″ hitch.
Who should insure the rental unit?
Why a deposit when booking and the non-refundable?
To make sure the reservation is sound and that the unit is returned to us in perfect condition.
The deposit is non-refundable only 2 weeks before the reservation date.
Can I rent for a weekend only?
Why do I have to pick up the rental between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and return before 12 p.m.?
For taking possession, a demonstration on the operation of the unit is necessary and is done during the working hours of qualified personnel. Exceeding the possession time could void the rental.
Return before noon, so that the maintenance staff can do their good jobs before the time of the next rental. You will be charged for exceeding the return time as follows: 50$ per 30 minutes late.
What are the responsibilities for the equipment?
A fee will be charged for each of the neglected states:
Propane tank not filled on return : 25$
Uncleanness of the unit, smell of cigarettes or hair and animal scent : 200$
Breakage or loss of equipment : Price of equipment + labor
